Ingredients For Energy Boosting Protein Smoothie

· ½ Cup Light Milk

· ½ Cup Vanilla Yo-Pro Yogurt

· 1 Cup Frozen Banana (medium banana)

· ½ Cup Frozen Mixed Berries

· 1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder

· 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Method For Energy Boosting Protein Smoothie


1. Add all ingredients into your blender, make sure to add the milk & yogurt first. Then add the frozen fruit on top.

2. Secure the lid & blend the protein smoothie until it’s smooth.

3. Before serving check if need to scrape down the sides to ensure the smoothie is thick & frozen, it also avoids over-blending.

4. Once blended, pour your protein smoothie into 2-4 glasses, and serve immediately.
