Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients to make Buffalo Chicken Wraps

· 1 Hot Chook (Coles or Woolworths)

· ½ Cup Buffalo Sauce

· 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)

· 4 Wholegrain Wraps

· 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

· 4 Celery Stalks, cut into batons

· ½ Cup Ranch Dressing

Method to making Buffalo Chicken Wraps

1. In a medium sized bowl, place ripped apart hot chook and mix together with buffalo sauce & melted butter.

2. Cut celery stalks into batons.

3. Once all is prepared get your plate & place wrap on your plate.

4. Spoon in ¼ cup of the chicken across the wrap, top with ½ cup mozzarella cheese, a quarter of the celery & 2 tbsp of the ranch dressing.

5. Once all on the wrap, roll tightly and cut in half.

6. Ready to eat.
