Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Today we dive into a future favourite - Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookies great for the whole family and one the kids will love.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10-15 minutes Total Time: 25-30 minutes


· 1 Cup Peanut Butter

· 2 Scoops Whey Protein Vanilla

· 2 Eggs

· ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda

· 2/3 Cup Coconut Sugar

· ¾ Cup Chocolate Chips


1. Preheat the oven 180 degrees, line a tray with baking paper.

2. In a large bowl, add the peanut butter, protein powder, eggs, baking soda, coconut sugar and chocolate chips and mix until a dough forms.

3. Scoop 1 ½ tablespoon-sized mounds of dough approximately 1 ½ inch apart on the baking paper. Wet your fingers and gently press the mounds into cookie shapes.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cookie edges is golden brown.

5. Let the cookies sit on pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack. Repeat this process with remaining dough.
